All Purchases Subjected To Following Terms
All items may take 14-28 business days to process before shipping. All items are made to order. Processing times do NOT include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days.
ALL sales are final, NO exchanges or returns are accepted on any item. Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.
If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to r5customvinylcs@yahoo.com within 3 days.
R5 Custom Vinyl, LLC. is not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. R5 Custom Vinyl, LLC. is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
